ANICIA, AMONG THE 100 BEST BISTROTS OF PARIS

The city of Paris awarded to 100 chefs and restaurant owners imbibing new trends in Parisian « bistronomie » (the contraction of bistrot and gastronomie) the concept of creating refined cooking with simplicity and affordable prices.
François Gagnaire was moved when he was awarded a medal to honor his culinary talent by Paris mayor Anne Hidalgo.
